Siamo alla ricerca di un UX Lead da inserire all'interno del nostro team di UX/UI Designers.

Cosa farai:

Curare le attività di designer per una specifica divisione;Favorire la creazione di un team solido e coeso, caratterizzato da un clima positivo e sereno;Tradurre dati e informazioni derivati dalla ricerca in evidenze e insight da applicare sui prodotti;Lavorare a stretto contatto con head of design, PO e stakeholders, e managers per definire le priorità e le attività da svolgere;Lavorare operativamente su un prodotto della visione in qualità di senior ux designer (raccolta requisiti, stesura di flussi, scenari, wireframe);Essere da mentor rispetto a junior designer;Organizzare e facilitare workshop e altre attività di ricerca con lo user research;Contribuire a divulgare la cultura human centered in azienda .

A distinguerti sono l'autonomia e proattività;Hai la capacità di portare avanti un processo di design iterativo, collaborativo e orientato ai risultati;Hai attitudine al problem solving, per individuare inefficienze e trovare soluzioni per risolverle e sei capace di negoziare efficacemente con gli stakeholder;Hai un'esperienza di almeno 6-8 anni nella progettazione di prodotti digitali (non solo siti, ma anche applicazioni web o native) in aziende / agenzie con processi di design consolidati;Hai la capacità di fare scelte di design intenzionali e di comunicare con chiarezza il razionale delle tue scelte;Hai la capacità di stimare e bilanciare le attività di design, condividendo problematiche ed eventuali soluzioni con il team in un'ottica di continuo miglioramento;Hai la capacità di ricevere e rielaborare i feedback degli stakeholder e del tuo team di riferimento.La flessibilità è nel tuo DNA: non solo nel modo di lavorare ma anche in occasioni di trasferte;

Saranno considerati titoli preferenziali:

Il conseguimento di una Laurea o titolo di studio equivalente in Design e Comunicazione o ambiti affini.Familiarità con la metodologia Agile e il lavoro in sprint.Ottima conoscenza della lingue inglese.
