Generare nuove opportunit per progetti rinnovabili large-scale:
individuazione dei terreni, negoziare i relativi contratti, valutarne la fattibilit tecnico-economica, predisporre lanalisi vincolistica ed elaborare il modello economico sotto stante; Coordinare le attivit di sviluppo fino alla fase ready-to-build, incluse le attivit per lottenimento dei permessi e delle autorizzazioni, per le connessionialle reti elettriche, in collaborazione con risorse interne ed esterne; Agire in qualit di interfaccia aziendale nei confronti delle amministrazioni pubbliche; Stipulare e gestire i contratti di collaborazione per lo sviluppo e il co-sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili large-scale; Elaborare analisi di opportunit di M& A e coordinare la relativa due diligence; Gestire i processi interni, in modo particolare quelli per lapprovazione dellinvestimento; Coordinarsi con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei processi di investimento e sviluppo.:
Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia o titolo equipollente coerente con il ruolo e/o esperienza maturata sul campo; Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel settore dello sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili; Conoscenza della normativa di settore e del mercato dellenergia rinnovabile; Capacit di analisi e gestione delle principali forme contrattuali di mercato (co-sviluppo,, PPA, etc.); Esperienza con le principali tecnologie (eolico, solare, storage); Ottima conoscenza del mercato elettrico e della normativa di settore; Conoscenza dei modelli finanziari; Flessibilit e capacitdi adattamento; Forte orientamento al risultato; Motivazione e determinazione; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese; Sar valutata positivamente la conoscenza e la capacit di utilizzo di software specifico per il ruolo (GIS, PVSyst, ecc). di lavoro:
