La risorsa selezionata, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato della Società, avrà il compito di:
Seguire le fasi di sviluppo, proposte ed acquisizione di progetti e attività in Italia e all'estero ( Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa ).
attrarre nuovi clienti per la GKSD ESCo, ideando ed attuando una strategia commerciale efficace in relazione anche alle proposte commerciali dei competitors, e proponendo sul mercato i servizi offerti dalla società sia come

consulenza energetica

nell'ambito delle diagnosi energetiche, del monitoraggio e ottimizzazione dei consumi, dell'ottenimento degli incentivi (Certificati bianchi, Conto Termico, Detrazioni fiscali, Comunità energetiche, ecc.), delle soluzioni di

sostenibilità

per la

transizione energetica

e del procurement di energia elettrica e gas, sia come

general contractor per la realizzazione degli interventi

di efficientamento energetico,

Energy Performance Contract , progettazione, installazione, manutenzione e conduzione di impianti di cogenerazione e di impianti fotovoltaici, revamping di impianti, relamping, fornitura, installazione e gestione di colonnine di ricarica elettrica delle auto, progettazione, fornitura ed installazione di sistemi di monitoraggio dell'energia (EMS) e dei building (BMS), realizzazione e gestione di grandi impianti ed infrastrutture energetiche ed ambientali all'estero in collaborazione con la società del gruppo GKSD Green Solutions (impianti di termovalorizzazione, di trattamento dei rifiuti e delle acque).
Il/La candidato/a ideale dovrà quindi esprimere una concreta autonomia operativa, contribuendo attivamente al programma di espansione della nuova società, con particolare riferimento al consolidamento della penetrazione commerciale in ambito industriale e terziario, relativamente al settore energia. Dovrà inoltre dimostrare una solida esperienza lavorativa in ambito tecnico commerciale e una buona capacità nella gestione della rete relativa all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
Le sue principali attività saranno:
● Analisi del mercato e dei potenziali nuovi clienti su tutto il territorio nazionale;
● Analisi delle proposte dei competitors;
● Acquisizione dei contratti e fidelizzazione del cliente tramite il supporto tecnico, proponendo nuovi prodotti e soluzioni innovative;
● Interfaccia con la Direzione Tecnica per la definizione delle proposte contrattuali;
● Attivazione di strategie di marketing al fine di attrarre nuovi clienti per la Società;
● Proporre alla Direzione nuovi modelli di offerte commerciali e variazioni dei modelli di business in essere, per rendere le attività ed i servizi forniti da GKSD ESCo più attrattivi e più interessanti per i clienti;
● Pianificazione delle visite sul territorio presso i clienti attivi o potenziali, con lo scopo di ampliare il portafoglio clienti;
● Partecipare alle missioni all'estero per seguire le fasi di sviluppo e la predisposizione di presentazioni e proposte per l'acquisizione di progetti.
Cosa non può mancare:
● Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;
● Esperienza pregressa di almeno 6 anni come tecnico commerciale nel settore degli impianti, dei servizi energetici e delle soluzioni di sostenibilità, preferibilmente in una ESCo, o in ruoli similari (business development, sales engineering);


Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese

(plus conoscenza dell'arabo);
● Proattività, dinamicità e autonomia lavorativa;


Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero ;
● Ottima capacità commerciale, relazionale e di negoziazione;
● Significativa conoscenza del mercato di riferimento (Energy Performance Contract (EPC), servizi energetici, Efficienza Energetica, Impianti fotovoltaici, cogenerazione, centrali e impianti, sistemi di monitoraggio dell'energia, BMS/EMS, relamping, ecc.).
