Coordinatore di Linea aziendale, responsabile della gestione del proprio team e del tempo di esecuzione dei progetti specifici, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e il rigoroso rispetto degli standard qualitativi.

Responsabilità del ruolo:

Si occuperà della gestione e guida della propria linea e avrà l'onere di prendere decisioni strategiche e potenzialmente determinanti per il successo del business.

Le principali sfidedel ruolo saranno:

  • gestire i budget, sviluppare piani strategici/operativi e creare politiche pertinenti per il loro conseguimento;
  • coordinare e supervisionare tutte le funzioni e le attività aziendali orientate agli obiettivi;
  • gestire il personale a garanzia del buon funzionamento delle operazioni, per il raggiungimento dei risultati e la crescita del business;
  • garantire adeguati sistemi finanziari/IT e sistemi di controllo dei processi in atto;
  • garantire la conformità a tutti i requisiti legali/normativi e di governance;
  • aderire e rispettare la cultura e la governance aziendale;
  • gestione diretta di attività chiave per i Key Clients.
  • Laurea magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria/Architettura + Master (preferibile);
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza manageriale in edilizia;
  • Alto tasso di imprenditorialità ed autonomia nello svolgimento del proprio ruolo;
  • Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione, programmazione, coordinamento e controllo nel conseguimento delle performance, nel pieno rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità;
  • Carisma e buona capacità di gestione e coordinamento del lavoro e delle risorse;
  • Ottima capacità di interfaccia con il Cliente.
