Le principali responsabilità del ruolo riguarderanno:
- la validazione e la gestione del materiale informativo promozionale e scientifico dell'azienda;- la supervisione del processo di gestione dei campioni, inclusa l'approvazione del piano di distribuzione- la gestione e validazione di tutti i gadget e gli omaggi compresi i volumi scientifici destinati agli operatori sanitari e alle istituzioni, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, dei regolamenti, delle procedure e dei codici di condotta aziendali- la gestione delle richieste di informazione medico-scientifica, garantendo il corretto svolgimento di tutte le fasi del processo- assicurare la formazione di tutte le funzioni aziendali in materia di procedure relative alle attività promozionali e all'informazione medico-scientifica- il supporto alle attività relative alla trasparenza- il supporto alla brand strategy partecipando a team cross-funzionali, verificando la disponibilità di nuovi dati, guidando la comunicazione scientifica e la partnership con KOLs & Società scientifiche, organizzazione pazienti- provvedere alla validazione di congressi, convegni, eventi, visite ai laboratori aziendali e progetti di collaborazione scientifica proposti da funzioni e divisioni aziendali, ai fini dell'autorizzazione AIFA
E' richiesta:
- Laurea in Medicina, Biologia, Farmacia o altre lauree scientifiche- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, in contesti farmaceutici strutturati- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta- Buone capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta- Capacità di Problem solving- Capacità di costruire e mantenere interazioni solide e positive con i membri di team cross-funzionali- Solida leadership nel process/project management in accordo alle tempistiche definite dall'azienda
