La CompuGroup Medical Italia Group, parte di CompuGroup Medical SE, multinazionale di sanità elettronica leader a livello mondiale, cerca un Key Account Manager per le organizzazioni di Medici di Medicina Generale e Pediatri in Italia.

Responsabilità
  • Raggiungimento dei target di acquisizione nuovi clienti assegnati;
  • Gestione di attività di vendita, partnership strategiche e accordi commerciali sul mondo "Medici delle cure primarie e Pediatri" ed in particolare: Gruppi, Reti, Cooperative, AFT, Case della Comunità, etc.
  • Gestione di attività di outbound: cold calling, cold email, eventi fisici e virtuali e altri metodi di prospecting per generare New Business sul proprio territorio di competenza;
  • Gestione delle opportunità commerciali con presentazioni e Demo dei nostri prodotti ai potenziali clienti;
  • Gestione e ownership della trattativa commerciale;
  • Aggiornamento attività sui tool di reportistica e CRM;
  • Coordinamento e definizione delle iniziative marketing above-below the line;
  • Sviluppo e promozione di brand awareness sul territorio italiano sui prodotti della Divisione "Medici delle cure primarie e Pediatri";
  • Pianificazione attenta, accurata e metodica delle visite a prospect e clienti a cui fare proposte commerciali in modo da massimizzare i risultati di vendita e la soddisfazione del cliente;
  • Team working e lavoro in stretta sinergia con gli altri canali di vendita e con il team di supporto;
  • Attenersi a tutte le policy aziendali e all'utilizzo degli strumenti a disposizione, affinchè il processo di identificazione delle opportunità, loro valutazione e finalizzazione si svolga in modo trasparente;
Requisiti
  • Diploma o Laurea;
  • Spirito imprenditoriale;
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto stress e per obiettivi;
  • Esperienza almeno triennale in area vendite o nel rapporto diretto col cliente, in contesti strutturati, dove pianificazione e analisi siano i driver dell'attività territoriale;
  • Conoscenza di metodi di prospecting e network del mondo medico/sanitario rappresentano un plus;
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione;
  • Forte personalità, determinazione e doti relazionali (team work);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte sull'intero territorio italiano;

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Offriamo un pacchetto retributivo fisso più consistenti variabili al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo, cellulare e PC in dotazione.
