PRODUCT APPLICATION SPECIALIST
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Customer Support Center, riporterà al Responsabile assistenza clienti e lavorerà a stretto contatto il team di assistenza sul campo.
Si occuperà di fornire supporto applicativo e software di primo e secondo livello, tramite telefono e da remoto, per il portfolio clienti assegnato.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Ricezione delle richieste dei clienti, tramite telefono o tramite canali digitali;
- Identificare l'apparecchiatura e il problema, utilizzando il servizio remoto per il supporto diagnostico;
- Individuare, proporre ed eseguire azioni correttive e risoluzione dei problemi;
- Garantire l'escalation al livello successivo di competenza e / o specializzazione, collaborando con il supporto di 2° livello.
- Attività occasionali di assistenza in loco - supporto al team di supporto tecnico sul campo.
- Garantire il mantenimento della corretta documentazione nel sistema CRM, di processo e di prodotto, monitorando la qualità mediante metriche specifiche.
- Supporto di aggiornamenti e modifiche software e/o hardware.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in aree correlate alla sanità: biomedica, biologia, chimica analitica, laboratorio.
- Know how scientifico e biologico.
- 2+ anni di esperienza in ricerca o laboratorio diagnostico o simile.
- Fluente in inglese (almeno b2).

- Orientamento al cliente
- Elevata automotivazione
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali, capacità di comunicare efficacemente a tutti i livelli.
- Forte approccio analitico e Risoluzione dei problemi.
- Disponibilità a fornire, occasionalmente, supporto in loco.
Si offre
Inserimento in somministrazione con Adecco per un iniziale t. determinato di 12 mesi, con possibilità di proroga.
Livello e RAL saranno discussi in sede di colloquio.
