- Develop and maintain knowledge databases, websites, and other technical resources.
- Deliver technical updates to colleagues and participate in department meetings.

- Master's degree in a life sciences or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of laboratory experience and a strong scientific/research background.
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and German for both written and verbal communication.

- Proven ability to quickly learn large amounts of new, complex technical information.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while ensuring timely and accurate completion.
