**Obiettivi**:
**Ti occuperai di**:
Servizi di Business Due Diligence;
Operazioni di Post-Merger Integration (Integration Strategy, Day 1 Planning, Integration Planning, Target Operating Model Design);
Operazioni di Carve out (Carve-out Strategy, Design and Execution);
Analisi delle leve per il miglioramento della performance aziendale;
Business Model Transformation.

**Requisiti**:
Hai un'esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata in società di consulenza o in azienda nell'ambito di trasformazioni operative, processi di separazione ed integrazione;
Hai una forte motivazione a consolidare la tua carriera professionale in ambito "Transaction";
Conoscenza dell'inglese fluente;
Propensione al lavoro in team;
Hai ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e sei dotato di proattività;
Sei abile nel comprendere e anticipare le aspettative del cliente e del mercato, nella identificazione e risoluzione di problemi, nell'identificazione dei rischi che una separazione o una integrazione comportano, nel guidare un processo di trasformazione;
Trovare soluzioni innovative a progetti complessi è una sfida cui non sai rinunciare;
Ti piace metterti in gioco, lavorare per obiettivi.
