What will you be doing?
- Presenting and influencing clients both at board and operational levels as a Cash specialist, whilst negotiating with the customer's tailoring solutions, pricing, and delivery procedures
- Developing innovative Cash Management products and delivering leading edge cash management advice through the sale of cash management and liquidity solutions
- Achieving the Cash income plan through the acquisition of new business and protecting income lines from potential competitor threat to establish us as one of the market leaders
- Handling the in conjunction with Relationship Teams, developing potential new banking business, which will require tailored and competitive pricing
- Promoting Cash Management with Coverage Teams, through business development events, portfolio reviews and regular product/service updates
- Supporting product initiatives such as new product launches or service migrations as and when required
- Assisting and undertaking briefings and/or training for colleagues on new and developing cash management solutions
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication, relationship building, business development and negotiation skills and previous experience with Cash Management Products
- An Analytical/Consultative approach and a good understanding of Cash Management products, tax, legal, finance, compliance, ideally within a matrix organisation
- Experience with support to the onboarding, operations, and KYC teams, for delivery and monetization of newly acquired customers with cash management activity
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Ability to travel to client sites on a weekly basis
- Fluency with Italian and English languages
- Understanding of Corporate Cash Management operations
- Motivation for starting up and becoming part of a new cash management business stream at Barclays branch in Milan
