Join Our Team as an Origination and Client Management Trainee

Responsibilities

As an Origination and Client Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing contracts for existing and new clients, with a focus on small ticket banking, financial, and commercial clients, through the use of our operational system (Colldesk or Bridge) with the setting of economic parameters (fees and costs);
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contract conditions and highlight any operational peculiarities or requests that require intervention from other departments;
  • Configuring international mandates, including setting codes for sister offices and international partners;
  • Providing technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, our group's CRM application;
  • Managing Client Portals (as suppliers), from qualification to maintenance, including preparing and updating documentation for upload, involving various departments as needed.

This role will also involve similar activities on the acquisition and management of NPL client portfolios.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of the credit recovery sector and collection processes in banking, financial, and corporate environments;
  • Preference for knowledge of the current applications used for small ticket (Colldesk/Bridge) and, in the future, for NPL;
  • A predisposition to work in a team, with a problem-solving approach;
  • Good attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Group's interactive portal, Intrum Web;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
