WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The role of the Energy Account Representative is a critical role for Converse as we are accelerating our focus toward our Pinnacle and skate distribution.

We are looking for an Energy Account Representative with experience in account relationships; a strong awareness of selling dynamics and a great knowledge of the fashion/streetwear brands and marketplace environment

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Account Management: Work with the WE Energy Sales Director to effectively implement the territory sales strategy and sellin. Accountable for all elements of accounts management including order book (futures), replenishment (at once), and sales, in line with budgets and specific order collection deadlines. Provide account feedback to key partners. Consistently developing market knowledge on product trends, pricing, and competition to enhance Converse product placement and sales within the account.
  • Planning: Work with the WE Energy Sales Director to develop accurate and realistic gotomarket plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with the biggest accounts of the portfolio. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. Communicate daily with customer operations contacts, and WE Energy Sales Director ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.
  • Results: Accountable for the execution and coordination of the daytoday running of the accounts, ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met in a timely and consistent manner.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?
In this role, you will report to the WE Energy Sales Director. You will work very closely with the Business Planning Team, and Customer Operation Team.

This role requires as well a close connection with the Commercial Directors in territories to lead at best our Integrated Market Place, focusing on Key Cities.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Relevant knowledge of youth culture, and product trends in the fashion & streetwear marketplace.
  • Previous account management experience ideally within the Fashion / Sports or Retail industry
  • Ability to handle account relationships across buying and merchandising levels
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively
  • Process and operational capability.
  • Solid understanding of Converse business and products.
  • Ability to analyze retailer sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
