JOB PURPOSE

  • Marketing Strategist will be part of Prada Group Marketing Department and will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define marketing objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate the marketing data collection and strategy to help our data science team to build accurate models like: Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution models, marketing campaigns optimizations and budget allocation
  • Identify and recommend effective communication and marketing channels to reach target audience segments
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing strategy and communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar strategic marketing role
  • Experience in projects
  • Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with DMP (Data Management Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and implementation
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
