Pre-Bad Dept Specialist

**Posizione**:
La persona scelta si occuperà delle attività di pre-bad dept, assicurando il recupero della perdita di denaro, relativa ai crediti scaduti e in sospeso e seguendo le procedure e l'obiettivo economico definito.
- Assicura le attività di recupero crediti telefonicamente, gestendo i rapporti con i clienti inadempienti al fine di definire un piano di solvibilità
- Assicura il residuo per il pagamento telefonico o per lettera prima della clausola di decadenza
- Individua e segnala contratti particolari e rischiosi
- Assicura la puntuale gestione delle modifiche dovute a particolari anomalie nelle segnalazioni della banca dati
- Assicura il rapporto per lettera con i clienti e/oi loro legali
- Propone ai clienti dell'incasso dalla proposta di riduzione della rata al completamento del nuovo piano finanziario
- Assicura lo svolgimento delle attività connesse alla gestione dei rapporti con le società di recupero crediti esterne
- gestisce il recupero delle autovetture (in caso di contratti di leasing o noleggio)

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea
- Biennale esperienza nel ruolo
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office in particolare di Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Altre informazioni**:
Si offre: contratto in somministrazione di 1 anno (3 livello CCNL Commercio). Ral tra 25k e 27k. Mensa aziendale
