**Principali attività**:
- Supporto nella definizione della strategia editoriale sui Social Media: redazione, sviluppo e gestione di un piano editoriale;
- Gestione dei canali Social presidiati dal brand ( LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram e Facebook );
- possibilità di supervisione del piano editoriale di ogni singolo canale;
- Community Management: analisi delle interazioni e creazione di attività social volte al coinvolgimento e all'engagement della community;
- Produzione di contenuti, in particolare lato copy, pubblicazione e supervisione pre-post;
- Ricerche e analisi per individuare trend, nuove piattaforme social, influencer e segmentare l'audience;
- Analisi dei KPIs, monitoraggio e reportistica delle performance dei social media e delle campagne; utilizzo dei principali tool di monitoring;
- Interazione con le diverse parti interessate sia interne (Team Marketing, Brand, Business Unit, Internal Communication) che esterne (agenzie di comunicazione);
- Supporto nella gestione di campagne sponsorizzate sui principali asset digitali (in particolare Linkedin e Instagram)
**Requisiti**:
- Titolo di studio preferenziale: Laurea e/o master in marketing, comunicazione digitale e affini;
- Ottime abilità di scrittura e di declinazione dei contenuti sulle diverse piattaforme;
- Buona conoscenza delle piattaforme social instagram, facebook, linkedin e tiktok;
- Preferibile conoscenza di tool di gráfica (es. photoshop, indesign);
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, conoscenza dei principali CMS;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Completano il profilo: predisposizione al teamworking, flessibilità, ottime capacità comunicative, spirito collaborativo, problem solving, motivazione e orientamento al risultato; capacità di copywriting.
