About the Role

We Are Social is a global creative agency seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Define and execute creative concepts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
  • Art Direction: Provide art direction for ongoing content, formats, and activations, aligning with our clients' editorial plans.
  • Execution and Quality Control: Oversee the execution and quality control of output during the creative production phase, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Visual Identity Development: Study and develop visual identities and brands for reference clients, staying up-to-date with current trends and developments.
  • Editorial Strategy: Participate in defining and developing editorial strategies, including languages and visual formats, to meet our clients' needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Creative and Client Service teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in art direction, graphic design, or equivalent fields.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in creative agencies, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of visual communication principles.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work in extended and complex teams, with strong communication and project management skills.
