About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Lead to join our team at POMELLATO S.P.A. in Milan. As a key member of our Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Trade Marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion through brand visibility and visual merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gift Development: Lead a team of 3 people in researching and contacting suppliers that align with Dodo's principles and concept, and develop all aspects of gifts, including storytelling, material use, and personalization.
  • Production Supervision: Supervise the production process to deliver all materials on schedule.
  • Image Refresh: Adapt advertising campaign assets for different store formats.
  • BTL & Packaging Development: Work with graphic, communication, digital/adv, and creative departments to develop projects for in-store brand visibility.
  • Guidelines Creation: Create and update guidelines, adding new details and pictures.
  • Special Projects & Activations: Develop sales and clienteling requests for in-store activations and small events with the Brand Team.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduated in Business, Visual Arts, Design, or Architecture, or similar.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Agile with Office pack (mostly Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, and a 3D program (Rhino or similar).
  • Language: Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
