#ELC Trade Marketing
Trade Marketing acts as the catalyst for the marketing experience for our Clients. The primary objective of this team is to realize the aspirations behind all activations.
The Role
In this position, you will be accountable for constructing brand trade plans in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, aiming to foster, create, and strengthen relationships with key partners. You will also work alongside various teams, serving as the representative for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas
- Daily engagement with retailers to tailor marketing strategies in alignment with brand objectives and client-specific tools;
- Oversee the entire process of production and distribution of Trade materials;
- Conduct analyses of Trade activities to identify and implement necessary adjustments;
- Collaborate with all corporate functions, particularly Sales and Visual Merchandising, while working closely with agencies and suppliers;
- Manage the production and supply chain of trade materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a retail, cosmetics, or luxury goods environment;
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry;
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen focus on retro planning to meet market timelines;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
