Migliaia di utenti utilizzano già i nostri scooter ogni giorno, ma siamo solo all'inizio del nostro sviluppo Abbiamo già distribuito migliaia di scooter, offrendo ai nostri utenti un'esperienza impeccabile e indimenticabile. Per far fronte alla nostra rapida crescita, siamo alla ricerca di persone motivate per espandere il nostro business e rafforzare la qualità del nostro servizio.

**Il ruolo**

Stiamo cercando un Customer Service Agent uomo/donna, da inserire tramite stage curriculare, che farà parte di una giovane squadra in forte crescita. La qualità dell'assistenza fornita ai clienti è un elemento chiave della loro percezione del servizio e il cuore della vostra missione. Le vostre responsabilità in qualità di CSA saranno:

- Gestire l'assistenza dei nostri clienti.
- Aiutare i nostri utenti nell'uso e nella comprensione del nostro servizio.
- Guidare i nostri utenti nelle varie situazioni che possono incontrare durante la registrazione o durante un noleggio.
- Gestire la registrazione dei clienti fino alla convalida del loro account.
- Essere il primo punto di contatto di Cityscoot con i nostri utenti e quindi il nostro migliore ambasciatore.
- Essere pronti a trovare soluzioni alle problematiche dei nostri clienti e suggerire le vostre idee per migliorare continuamente i processi interni.

**Requisiti**
- Ha ottime capacità comunicative.
- E' iscritto/a a una facoltà tra: Mediazione linguistica, Lingue e relazioni internazionali, Traduttorato, Lingue e letterature straniere o simili.
- Ha già avuto un'esperienza di lavoro legata alle relazioni con i clienti.
- Ha un forte senso del servizio (ascolto, attenzione ai dettagli, disponibilità ad aiutare, insegnare).
- E' in grado di prendere decisioni in modo rapido e indipendente, sapendo come immedesimarsi nella parte del cliente.
- Saper parlare inglese è un must, la conoscenza di altre lingue un plus

**Orari**

Vi sarà richiesto di mettervi a disposizione per i turni del mattino e del pomeriggio dal lunedì al venerdì.

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage curriculare

Durata contratto: 3-6 mesi

Stipendio: €600,00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Sede di lavoro: Ibrido/da remoto Milano, MI)
