Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at Thermal Dynamics Europe Srl, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and repairs, updating databases with status and inventory information.
  • Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, and product pricing.
  • Resolve return credit problems and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
