Customer Account Executive

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:
- Rappresentare l'azienda con l'obiettivo di costruire rapporti di fiducia con il cliente
- Gestire un portfolio clienti al fine di assicurare la loro soddisfazione, costruendo rapporti di lunga durata in un'ottica di fidelizzazione
- Verificare costantemente le possibilità di ottimizzazione dei risultati del proprio portfolio clienti al fine di suggerire loro eventuali upgrade/upselling che possano aiutarli nel miglioramento delle performance
- Collaborare sinergicamente con tutto il team al fine di generare confronto e stimolo
- Rendicontare le attività sales svolte attraverso l'utilizzo del CRM interno
- Preparare report e documentazione di rendicontazione delle attività
- Partecipare a fiere e eventi di settore
**Si richiede**:
- Esperienza in ruoli similari di account management o customer service o vendita nel settore Hospitality
- Laurea triennale o magistrale
- Esperienza nella vendita di software in ambito B2B (Software as a Service - SaaS) per hotellerie
- Eventuali esperienze di vendita o consulenza in ambito di Revenue Management
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Forte orientamento al cliente
- Dinamismo, precisione e organizzazione
- Capacità lavorare in sinergia con un team di lavoro
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Capacità di problem solving
- Forte flessibilità e capacità di adattamento a procedure, approccio ed etica aziendale.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza dello spagnolo verrà considerato un plus
