Collaborazione per la stesura delle valutazioni dei rischi specifici (ergonomici, fisici, chimici, etc.) Supporto alla funzione HR per pratiche relative ad infortuni e/o malattie professionali; Analisi dei problemi di sicurezza e salute segnalati e coordinamento con le altre funzioni per la risoluzione di dette problematiche; Definizione, verifica e controllo dei piani di azioni correttive e preventive; Predisposizione di procedure disistema, gestionali e implementazioni di istruzioni operative di sicurezza, salute e tutela ambientale; Realizzazione di interventi formativi e informativi sui rischi e sulle procedure di sicurezza e/o tutela ambientale Esecuzione di Audit in ambito salute/sicurezza e ambientali sui posti di lavoro; Controllo delle legislazioni cogenti in ambito HSE di impatto sul sito Requisiti:
Conoscenza Testo Unico sulla salute e sicurezza (Decreto 81/2008) e Testo Unico ambientale Valutazioni dei rischi OCRA/NIOSH Realizzazione (o collaborazione nell'implementazioni di) sistemi di Gestione HSE; Conoscenza Norma ISO 45001 e della ISO 14001 Valutazioni del Rischio eseguite in prima persona (preferibile) o in collaborazione con studi esterni Attivit di Auditing (abilitazione preferibilmente come auditor di prima e seconda parte per i sistemi di gestione ambiente e sicurezza) Laurea ad indirizzo ambientale Abilitazione al ruolo di RSPP Moduli A, B, C (sett. Metalmeccanico) o al ruolo di ASPP Esperienza pregressa nella mansione maturata in aziende mediamente strutturate Sede di lavoro:
