W Milan is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee Housekeeping, Health Club, and Laundry operations. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing housekeeping policies and standards
  • Directing internal and external teams to maintain cleanliness to standards
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring corrective actions are taken
  • Ensuring guest and staff satisfaction within budget
  • Training staff on brand standards and specific programs

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 2 to 5 years of housekeeping leadership experience in a lifestyle hotel
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Knowledge of SOPs and operational management in hospitality
  • Education in Hotel Management or related field
