Stiamo selezionando una figura di HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER per un hotel 4 stelle nel centro di Milano.
La figura individuata si occuperà di:
- Apertura e divisione camere da lavorare giornalmente
- Verifica e controllo qualità della pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni
- Coordinamento del personale addetto ai piani
- Gestione riposi e turni
- Gestione eventuali richieste da parte del ricevimento/direzione
Offriamo iniziale contratto (del Turismo) a tempo determinato full-time, con prospettiva di stabilizzazione. Il lavoro si svolge dal lunedì alla domenica, con 1/2 giorni di riposo a rotazione nella settimana.
**Requisiti**:
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in alberghi 5 stelle o 4 stelle superior;
- Disponibilità a lavorare nei week end e nei giorni festivi;
- Flessibilità oraria e turnazione nella fascia oraria dalle 7.00 alle 19.00
- Ottime dote relazionali e gestionali
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:
- Quattordicesima
- Tredicesima
Esperienza:
