About the Role

As a pivotal member of the pre-opening team, the Guest Experience Supervisor will embody the essence of modern and authentic hospitality. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of Marriott International.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Act as the Duty Manager in the absence of the department manager, taking responsibility for all front desk activities.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Provide personalized guest orientation and escort guests to their accommodations.
  • Manage room assignments and communicate effectively with housekeeping and engineering teams.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Coordinate guest requests and manage internal communications to ensure seamless service.
