GUEST EXPERIENCE AGENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere;
  • Facilitate guest registration, issue room keys, and provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and room locations;
  • Craft unforgettable experiences for our guests through genuine care and attention;
  • Implement effective service recovery strategies to guarantee complete guest satisfaction;
  • Exhibit exceptional knowledge and attentiveness in all guest interactions, from pre-arrival inquiries to post-departure follow-ups;
  • Foster strong relationships with guests by demonstrating a sincere interest in their preferences, ensuring personalized service;
  • Address and manage special guest requests documented in guest history profiles;
  • Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and requests, maintaining familiarity with their needs;
  • Monitor service standards and address complaints at the initial level;
  • Collaborate efficiently with all relevant departments to uphold the highest service standards;
  • Organize and relay information for daily departmental meetings to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, Italian, and an additional language;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Outstanding guest service orientation;
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit;
  • Previous experience in guest relations within luxury hotel environments is advantageous.
