Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Line Representative to join our team at Meliá Hotels International. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with a third language a plus.
