At Meliá Hotels International, we're seeking a skilled Guest Service Line Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our telephone line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personalize guest stays by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Inform and offer customers services and products according to their preferences.
  • Manage customer incidents and follow established protocols.
  • Comply with departmental standards and manuals.
  • Efficiently use departmental management tools.
  • Stay knowledgeable of customer feedback and improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, with a third language a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel of similar level.
  • Availability to work shifts.
  • Knowledge of Micros OPERA.
