Job Title: Spa Service Agent

Armani Hotel Milan is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Service Agent to join our team at Armani/SPA.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at our spa.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the spa, ensuring the well-being of our guests and colleagues.
  • Promote spa services and beauty products to guests, working closely with our beauty therapists to provide a seamless experience.
  • Assist with sales of accessories and cross-related services, ensuring that our guests have a comprehensive experience.
  • Manage all payments for beauty therapy treatments and products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest requests and needs in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Take ownership of resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, in line with spa regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring that we have the necessary products and supplies to meet guest demands.
  • Manage spa bookings and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the spa, ensuring that all procedures are followed.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
  • Ensure that all spa equipment and operating supplies are maintained in good working order, contacting maintenance promptly when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of supplier visits and maintenance activities.
  • Record guest treatment details, including preferences and relevant information, to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Check guests' health prior to receiving spa services, adjusting treatment bookings accordingly.
  • Notify the spa manager of any guest medical conditions, health needs, or medication, ensuring that we provide a safe and healthy environment.
  • Log all security incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner, bringing them to the attention of the line manager.
Qualifications and Expertise:
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Previous experience in similar or related positions, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work calmly and confidently under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
