Customer Service Representative

E-work SpA, sede di Milano, sta ricercando un Customer Service Representative per realtà che offre servizi di spedizioni di merce e materiale di allestimento destinati a fiere o eventi in tutto il mondo.

Responsabilità:
  • Gestire l'attività di spedizione, avendo cura di predisporre la documentazione necessaria e facendo attenzione alle tempistiche ed alle richieste del cliente.
  • Coadiuva il Responsabile nel contatto con la clientela e nel processo di vendita dell'intero servizio.
  • Segnalare ai diretti responsabili impressioni di soddisfazione o insoddisfazione del cliente per dare la possibilità di gestire commercialmente la situazione.
  • Offrire assistenza ai clienti per la corretta predisposizione dei documenti necessari alla spedizione e per la prenotazione dei servizi movimentazione in fiera.
  • Gestire operativamente le spedizioni sia in import che export.
  • Predisporre tutta la documentazione collegata al trasporto ed alla logistica in fiera.
  • Procedere all'assicurazione della merce ove necessario.
  • Monitorare lo stato avanzamento servizi comunicando possibili scostamenti rispetto alla pianificazione ai clienti.
  • Emettere e trasmettere la fattura attiva.
  • Gestire a sistema la spunta delle fatture passive dei fornitori.
  • Supportare amministrazione nella gestione incassi.
  • Gestire con i clienti e fornitori eventuali pratiche di danno.
  • Gestisce i servizi logistici in fiera.
Requisiti:
  • Diploma o Laurea.
  • Gradita esperienza maturata nel ruolo verrà considerato un plus.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta (almeno B2).
  • E' richiesta la disponibilità di lavorare nei giorni festivi (sabato e domenica).

Completano il profilo: ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, problem solving, dinamicità e capacità di lavorare in team.

Sede: Milano (Rho Fiera). Si offre un tempo determinato iniziale con la possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato.

CCNL Trasporti e logistica (14 mensilità) + Fondo FASC + buoni pasto da € 8.00 + assicurazione sanitaria con Sanilog.
