Armani Hotel Milano is seeking a skilled Guest Communication Agent to join our Lifestyle Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless communication experience for our valued guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and courteous way.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient communication and resolution of guest issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel events, promotions, and services to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Support the implementation of Armani Hotel Milano's values and culture.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Expertise
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
