Main Responsibilities:

As a Guest Communication Agent at Armani Hotel Milan, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handling guests' requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Delivering wake-up calls, messages, and facsimiles in a timely manner
  • Assisting colleagues with daily reports and staying updated on expected arrivals and departures
  • Maintaining positive interactions with guests and colleagues
  • Supporting and reinforcing Armani's Values and Culture Characteristics
  • Ensuring punctuality and dealing with emergencies
  • Receiving and attending to outgoing calls

Qualifications and Expertise:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar field in a 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and proficiency in English and Italian
  • Additional languages such as Chinese or Arabic are desirable
  • Good knowledge of attractions and events in Milan

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a duration of 6-12 months. You will be working in a dynamic and luxurious environment with a team of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
