Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including its operations, finances, and staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and be able to lead a team to achieve excellent customer service and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Operations
  • Ensure the hotel is well-managed and profitable
  • Oversee all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financial reports
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations
Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Conduct daily inspections of the hotel to ensure high standards
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Human Resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Manage employee performance and conduct performance appraisals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Financial Management
  • Manage the hotel's finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee the collection of revenues and management of expenses
