Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks.
  • Lead and motivate hotel teams to deliver exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other hotel departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Resident Manager or similar position.
  • Proven track record of success in hotel operations and management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and Italian is preferred.
