We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Quintessentially. As a Luxury Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net worth clients, managing their lifestyle requests, and ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant reservations, club bookings, and other lifestyle-related requests for our clients.
  • Provide intensive and extensive phone and email-based correspondence to our clients, ensuring that their requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver above and beyond their requirements at all times.
  • Adhere to company standards for phone greetings, select the appropriate form of client communication, and keep clients updated regularly.
  • Take ownership of requests, attempt to complete them in one shift, and log each action in our CRM database.
  • Follow up with clients post-request and obtain feedback, logging it in our CRM database.
  • Liaise with Global Account Managers to ensure all CRM-related housekeeping is updated and corrected according to instruction within the agreed-upon deadline.
Requirements:
  • Italian mother tongue and fluent spoken and written English. German is an advantage.
  • Work background in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and/or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
  • In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations & luxury products/services.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service knowledge.
