We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Quintessentially. As a key member of our Lifestyle Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our affluent clients, handling a wide range of lifestyle and leisure-related requests, and ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant reservations, club bookings, and other lifestyle-related activities.
  • Provide intensive and extensive phone and email-based correspondence to clients, handling their requests and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understand and meet client expectations for servicing, delivering above and beyond their needs at all times.
  • Manage client requests, adhering to company standards and guidelines, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Log all actions and updates in our CRM database, Qforce, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Follow up with clients post-request to obtain feedback and log in Qforce.
  • Keep client files in Qforce up to date and complete mandatory fields, prior to closing accurately as per type and conclusion of request.

Requirements:

  • Italian mother tongue and fluent spoken and written English. German is an advantage.
  • Work background in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, luxury travel and leisure.
  • In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury products/services.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service knowledge.
