About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outlet Manager to join our team at Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for overseeing the F&B operations, leading the F&B team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, including supervising employees and maintaining service and sanitation standards.
  • Lead the F&B team, providing guidance and direction to associates, and ensuring they are treated fairly and equitably.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
  • Fluent English and intermediate Italian language skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of HACCP policies and procedures, and ability to plan, organize, and promote events.
