We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the Director of Sales in achieving commercial objectives and aligned with the sales plan and social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in administrative tasks related to sales, marketing, and social media
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales office experience
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at Four Seasons Hotel Milano and we offer a fixed-term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
