Siamo alla ricerca di una/un talentuosa/o **Housekeeping Manager**, appassionata/o e sorridente proprio come noi, per garantire un'esperienza personalizzata e di qualità ai nostri Ospiti, mantenendo sempre alta la motivazione della squadra.

**Principali responsabilità**
- Coordinare il Team di Housekeeping
- Supportare l'operatività del reparto, garantendo alti livelli di servizio, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare la Guest Experience
- Lavorare proattivamente per migliorare la soddisfazione e il comfort dell'Ospite, garantendo una risposta positiva e tempestiva alle richieste
- Implementare direttive, policies e procedure al fine di garantire un servizio ottimale e di qualità, ottimizzando le tempistiche
- Gestire il budget di reparto, assicurando alti livelli di produttività e performance e il controllo dei costi e dell'inventario
- Essere proattiva/o e dinamica/o, con una buona capacità di problem solving
- Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e qualitativi di reparto
- Assicurare formazione e training necessari ai membri del proprio Team
- Essere promotore della cultura e dei valori aziendali di RHG
- Conoscere e rispettare le norme di sicurezza della struttura, vigilando sui beni e sulle persone

- Spiccata customer attitude e innato senso dell'ospitalità
- Esperienza precedente nel ruolo di Housekeeping Manager in strutture di alto livello
- Pianificazione delle attività sulla base del forecast di occupazione
- Capacità di ispirare e motivare il Team
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Abilità nel trovare soluzioni creative
- Integrità e consapevolezza di lavorare in un ambiente che richiede risultati di alta qualità
- Ottime capacità communicative
