**Posizione**:
Per ampliamento del team di Fondazione Libella, siamo alla ricerca del Responsabile Marketing & Comunicazione.
Aree di responsabilità:
- Gestione e sviluppo risorse nel team di comunicazione e digital
- Curare il posizionamento della Fondazione secondo strategia condivisa con board e Direttore Generale
- Implementare a attuare il piano di comunicazione
- Implementazione azioni strategiche condivise con direttore generale
- Elaborazione strategie di contenuto sui diversi canali;
- Social media management;
- Gestione Digital Advertising
- Gestione sito web
- Creazione e supervisione contenuti on line e off line
- Gestione ufficio stampa e piani editoriali
- Gestione implementazioni digital
- Gestione eventi
- Redazione reportistica mensile
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo presso enti o fondazioni del terzo settore oppure esperienza nella direzione strategica dell'attività di comunicazione
- Condivisione delle finalità e dei valori della Fondazione
- Competenze manageriali di taglio gestionale, organizzativo ed economico
- Capacità di comunicazione estremamente evoluta finalizzata anche alla gestione delle relazioni e al contributo presso eventi (networking e partnership)
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di motivazione, crescita e sviluppo dei collaboratori
- Orientamento al risultato, etica del lavoro
