Per Azienda leader nel mercato di riferimento, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di:
Indirect Sales Support(Automotive)
La risorsa, si occuperà di supportare le Importante Azienda di vendita interne ed esterne dell'area Indirect.
Nello specifico, dovrà collaborare all'interno del team di Indirect sales support gestendo le esigenze di back office che si generano dalla configurazione della proposta all'inserimento dell'ordine con particolare focus sulla gestione delle pratiche di credito.
La risorsa inoltre collaborerà nella finalizzazione delle trattative provenienti dal canale digital.
Responsabilità:
Supportare gli stakeholder coinvolti per le esigenze relative ai processi interni aziendali;
Contribuire al risultato di produzione della BU Indirect assicurando interventi risolutivi in caso di supporto per pratiche di credito;
Assicurare il corretto svolgimento del flusso dei nuovi ordini,supportando i Sales interni e le Importante Azienda Partner dalla creazione dell'anagráfica clienti fino alla definizione dell'Ordine;
Gestire tempestivamente le richieste di supporto dei Sales interni e delle Importante Azienda Partner fornendo tutte le necessarie informazioni riguardanti lo status delle pratiche, i flussi, le procedure aziendali;
Acquisire una conoscenza approfondita delle procedure aziendali, degli applicativi utilizzati e dei processi, per garantire la gestione di un servizio di qualità nei confronti delle Importante Azienda Partner.
Requisiti Richiesti:
Laurea
Orientamento al risultato e alla soddisfazione del cliente;
Proattività e autonomia;
Capacità di ricerca e di individuazione di nuovi lead;
Buona conoscenza Pacchetto Office;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

È previsto un inserimento diretto in azienda.
Contratto a tempo determinato o stage.
