Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Support Engineer, you will work closely with our local sales team, regional sales managers, and customers to drive successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team during quotation, including review of customer requirements
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical training to customers
  • Collaborate with the corporate technical team to provide optimal solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with technical engineers to provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's product portfolio and continuously learn and develop knowledge of power systems
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the business

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of power systems, electrical design, and applications of telecommunications equipment
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
