Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team at Strapi. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our community users and clients. This role requires a strong passion for learning, teaching, and helping others, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to community users and clients via various platforms
- Develop and maintain technical resources to help users achieve their goals with Strapi
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success team to structure support processes
- Analyze and report feedback to the product team
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript
- Experience with web development and technical support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with common front-end and back-end development tools
- Experience with working remotely a plus
