We are a leading UV technology company, committed to innovation and excellence in our field. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success in the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage direct and indirect sales channels in various western-European markets, including industrial, food and beverage, and water reuse sectors.
  • Manage key accounts and agent networks to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Atlantium and its brand in the territories, promoting our products and services to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering companies to promote new sales and support ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in the UV market in sales positions, with a strong understanding of the water industry and relevant education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and at least one additional European language (Spanish, French, German).
  • Ability to work from remote and with intensive traveling if required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000 per year.
