Job Title: Sales Director Italy
About the role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for the Italian market, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of Area Managers and External Sales Force to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve personal and business objectives
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, preferably with knowledge of French and/or Spanish
- Availability to travel throughout Italy
