Il/la Product Manager sarà responsabile dello sviluppo degli obiettivi strategici e dei target di vendita per i brand di prodotto aziendali.
- Brand plan development: sviluppare un piano strategico di Marketing che raggiunga gli obiettivi aziendali. Questo includerà, ma non si limiterà a: scientific detailing a target HCP, pubblicità e attività commerciale/relativa ai punti vendita. Deve essere in grado di lavorare e collaborare con agenzie/fornitori e risorse interne per ottenere risultati di mercato soddisfacenti
- Instaurare e mantenere un alto livello di credibilità con gli stakeholder interni (vendite, regolamentazione, legale, conformità) ed esterni (KOL, HCP)
- Market analysis: eseguire analisi dei dati per il brand. Fornire spunti e supporto per comprendere le tendenze e le dinamiche di mercato
- Business Forecasting: lavorare con le vendite, gestire la pianificazione della domanda e i distributori per generare previsioni di volume accurate.
- Interazione con la forza vendita: fornire materiali promozionali alla forza vendita per scientific detailing agli HCP e presentazioni di prodotti ai Retail Trade customers, in maniera affine al brand
- Seguire tutti i programmi di formazione richiesti e avere una solida comprensione e conformità con le politiche e le procedure dell'azienda, della divisione e delle affiliate
- Responsabilità di budget/vendite

**Requirements**:

- Laurea magistrale in marketing/settore Life Sciences
- 2+ anni di esperienza lavorativa nel campo
- Capacità di trasformare l'analisi in intuizioni, strategie sostenibili e piani d'azione eseguibili
- Critical thinking e problem solving: si adopera per raggiungere obiettivi nonostante gli ostacoli. In grado di analizzare dati complessi per identificare le questioni principali e sviluppare un piano d'azione per risolverle.
- Forti capacità di comunicazione e influenza: chiarezza, concisione e capacità persuasiva, unita alla capacità di costruire relazioni solide con agenzie, team interfunzionali e fornitori
- Prende l'iniziativa e segue gli impegni per ottenere risultati
- In grado di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico con una forte enfasi sul lavoro di squadra collaborativo
- Ottima comprensione dell'inglese parlato e scritto; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera sarà considerata un plus
- Conoscenza pratica di software standard riguardanti l'elaborazione di testi e le applicazioni di fogli di calcolo
