Gestisce una rete di distribuzione che si estende complessivamente per circa 7.900 chilometri attraverso la quale, nel corso dell'ultimo anno, ha distribuito oltre 1 miliardo di metri cubi di gas a utenze.
All'interno della Direzione Pianificazione e Controllo di Toscana Energia la risorsa opererà nei processi di analisi delle Opex e dei Capex, di planning, reporting e di budgeting, nel rispetto delle scadenze prefissate per gli stessi e la qualità/veridicità dei dati oggetto di reporting/analisi.
In particolare, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Supporto alla pianificazione e alla consuntivazione e reporting investimenti e costi operativi
- supporto alla predisposizione di budget, forecast e piano a lungo termine di Società;
- Raccolta dati per la definizione del budget e dei forecast
- Elaborazione dei dati di budget e di forecast;
- Monitoraggio e analisi degli scostamenti periodici (economici e fisici) degli investimenti e dei costi operativi rispetto al budget e forecast di competenza e rispetto all'anno precedente, garantendo il supporto alle unità realizzatrici
- Aggiornamento dei modelli di reporting e predisposizione e diffusione della reportistica gestionale;
- Controllo e supporto alle diverse Funzioni aziendali nel monitoraggio relativo ai costi operativi.
- Pianificazione, controllo e monitoraggio periodico delle ore di lavoro;
- Convergenze e supporto nel sistema SAP, test e conversione WBS;
- Adempimenti relativi ai controlli interni SCIS.
**Competenze Tecniche**:
- Requisiti:
- Laurea magistrale in Economia/Ingegneria (es. Gestionale);
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Access);
- Conoscenze Informatiche sul sistema SAP;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza degli orientamenti e delle principali tecnologie digitali.
