Main activities

Indizione ed espletamento delle procedure di gara ad evidenza pubblica e/o del processo di approvvigionamento di beni e/o servizi e/o lavori afferente attività societarie estranee all'evidenza pubblica (dalla presa in carico delle richieste di acquisto fino al perfezionamento dello strumento pattizio, compresi tutti gli adempimenti correlati), in conformità con la normativa e con le procedure aziendali vigenti; Attività afferenti all'elenco fornitori ed all'e-procurement (attraverso il presidio del sistema di qualificazione dei fornitori, la gestione del processo di iscrizione e registrazione all'Elenco Fornitori, la gestione dell'area dedicata ai fornitori nell'ambito del sito web); Sviluppare e implementare strategie di approvvigionamento per ottimizzare i costi e migliorare l'efficienza; Gestire il processo di sourcing, valutare fornitori e negoziare contratti vantaggiosi; Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori e gestire eventuali problemi o reclami; Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire la conformità normativa e l'aderenza alle politiche aziendali; Identificare opportunità per migliorare i processi di approvvigionamento e implementare soluzioni innovative.

Requirements

Fondamentali/Must have

Diploma di scuola media superiore; Esperienza, almeno biennale, sui processi di approvvigionamento e sulla gestione di profili di e-procurement ; Conoscenza approfondita del Codice Appalti e della normativa collegata; Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e competenza nelle attività di analisi dei dati e nelle soluzioni di reporting; Conoscenza adeguata delle soluzioni di E-Procurement e/o di ERP; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Preferenziali/Nice to have

Laurea in discipline economiche/giuridiche; Esperienza almeno biennale nella predisposizione di documentazione di gara e degli obblighi connessi alla pubblicazione di bandi europei.

Compensation Package

Contratto a tempo indeterminato; retribuzione di sicuro interesse allineata alle competenze e all'esperienza del candidato.
