**PROPOSAL ENGINEERING - OFFERTE EPC**

L'Azienda per cui stiamo lavorando è specializzata nell'erogazione di servizi immobiliari con due importanti focus, rispettivamente sulla valutazione e la certificazione tecnico-immobiliare e sull'innovazione tecnologica e la sostenibilità.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Gestione dell'intero processo di sviluppo del progetto dalla selezione del sito al completamento dello sviluppo;
- Condurre valutazioni tecniche dettagliate di siti e progetti tenendo conto delle considerazioni ambientali e tecniche;
- Collaborare con le autorità locali per ottenere permessi urbanistici, licenze e nulla osta nonché altra documentazione necessaria come permessi di pianificazione e costruzione, valutazioni di impatto ambientale e studi di connessione alla rete con fornitori di servizi interni ed esterni;
- Sviluppare e mantenere le reti personali necessarie per le parti interessate a diversi livelli;
- Responsabilità di bilancio per progetti specifici;
- Eseguire la due diligence técnica dei progetti.

Si richiede:

- Forte interesse per le energie rinnovabili;
- Laurea in Ingegneria, pianificazione o architettura ambientale o laurea in pianificazione;
- Ottima conoscenza del mercato italiano delle energie rinnovabili e della normativa vigente;
- Precedenti esperienze autorizzative di progetti rinnovabili;
- Conoscenza della normativa ambientale e di autorizzazione e pianificazione;
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di proposte di lavoro, inclusi budget e ambiti di lavoro;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta in inglese.

Si offre:
Contratto diretto con cliente. Il ccnl applicato è il commercio. L'inquadramento verrà definito in base all'esperienza effettiva della risorsa.
