Job Title: Proposal Specialist

RINA is seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join its team in Italy, within the Infrastructure Division.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
  • Closely collaborate with the internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and preferably French.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
